What a fantastic experience we have had with Oakheart. From the start of the process through to the end their communication has been outstanding. I would like to thank all of the staff who helped our move in some way, but a very special thank you to Lucy Fletcher who went above and beyond for us, fighting our corner tirelessly to ensure we could successfully sell our house within a tight timeline, enabling us to then relocate up to Scotland. We can't thank Lucy enough for making this happen and help us with our dream move. I used a few different local estate agents in the past and these guys have by far been the best. Hardworking, dedicated and caring. The other local estate agents have a lot of work to do to catch up as Oakheart have set the bar high!
What an estate agent!! I have only positive things to say about Oakheart. I switched from Purple Bricks to Oakheart after spending 8 weeks with Purple Bricks and wow what a difference!! They were incredibly professional from the outset and had my property sold within weeks. Just wish i had used them from the start! But once I had agreed a sale that isn't where their work finishes. Annalise was so good and very thorough in their after sales team and literally did all the chasing of both sides solicitors for me! A very impressive service which had be to completion within 2 months. I was also very impressed with their property file system with allows you to log on to the website and see all the updates of how you sale is progressing on both sides. Honestly the best estate agents I've ever dealt with and will be recommending them to anyone selling their home.
Oakheart are by far the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Our property was tricky to sell, where other agents had failed to sell it within months, Darren at Oakheart took the time to understand the complexities and found us a buyer within a week - twice! Due to several houses falling through our transaction has taken over a year. Oakheart were there every step of the way with help and advice, going above and beyond, they even helped us secure the property we ended up purchasing. I think I must have spoken to nearly every member of staff over our long transaction and everyone was ultra professional, genuine, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Darrell and Kelly helped us massively with securing the property we purchased. And as for Annalise, I can’t praise her highly enough. She helped with every part of the process, answered our endless questions, dealt with solicitors and brokers and kept the chain happy and together through to completion all while making us feel like her number one priority. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I called her every day for about 2 months! Oakheart were thankfully the agent for the whole of our chain and I’m confident that if that wasn’t the case then we wouldn’t now be in our wonderful new home. I can’t recommend Oakheart highly enough, we wouldn’t use anyone else now.
Big thanks to Charlie and the team at Oakheart with selling our home of 15 years. After originally selling our house within 24 hrs in Feb 21' the chain above us unfortunately braking, we returned to Oakheart early this year to try again. Almost 12 months on Oakheart sold our home again within 72 hours after a very busy open house, securing an offer price that we did not think was possible. Charlie and his team have been there through our ups and downs with us trying to move to a new family home. And I am pleased in May this year they did get us over the finishing line. I would have no hesitation in recommending and trusting Oakheart to sell your home.
Craig Humbles is the best estate agent in the whole wide world!!! He is so helpful and human. Delighted with Craig from oak heart. I changed estate agent as we were getting nowhere with the sale and I had no clue if there were viewings or anything. Craig has been brilliant at giving feedback, keeping me informed all the way. He is realistic, honest and easy to talk to. Such a refreshing change. Motivated and very good at his job. I just regret not going with oak heart first as they got my asking price very quickly. Thank you ! 100% recommend!
