We were recommended Jack Stewart from numerous family members as the solicitor to use when purchasing our first house. Jack has been brilliant from start to finish providing us with support and advice throughout. Everything he has done has been in depth and although it wasn’t a smooth sailing process, Jack put in 110% right through to the end. We are very grateful for everything Jack has done and if and when we need to, we will be using him again in the future. I would definitely recommend him as a solicitor when buying a house!
Terrible service and very poor levels of knowledge. Took them 8 months to deal with a simple sale of a semi detached house only to then fall over when they requested undertakings that would be illegal and impossible. Take 3 weeks to respond to any query. Avoid this solicitor, either as your legal rep or that of the other party.
Fabulous service and the best solicitor I have dealt with for conveyancing. Sold 2 properties and bought a very old property with lots of issues with the help of Jack Stewart during 2019. Gave us lots of sound advice and help along the way. Brilliant - highly recommend!
I cannot recommend highly enough, we had issues with an employer and we were given very prompt support throughout which made the whole experience much less stressful. Also reasonably charged with small increments and offered most cost effective ways to address the issue. Jennifer Carpenter was the solicitor dealing with us.
I used Adams’s Harrison for the purchasing of a property. I was originally represented by Jack in saffron Walden and he was very good. However, Jack was then put on furlough and I was transferred to the Haverhill branch. All members of staff at this branch can only be described as incompetent. Starting with their receptions staff. Since this abysmal service on my first buy I have now used Tee’a saffron Walden and I would recommend anyone looking for a solicitor to use Tee’s instead of Adams Harrison.
