We were at the mercy of a chain, mislead. You made no contact to keep the problems up to date. When after 5 month the 1st buyer was asked for a survey, surely that should have rang bells. You were not full time out of office 1 day maybe 2 days. The person left to keep us up to date was usually behind. We had you, your stand in and the estate event all giving us mixed messages. Our fist date to move was July, we moved after 4/5 cancelled dates and lost money to removal firms. I would not recommend you.
