Mark built into our garage, an en-suite bathroom with shower backing onto a downstairs bedroom. A complex but small job involving a number of different trades. The final outcome is better than we imagined initially. Marks attention to detail is second to none, and the care and pride he takes in his work is very evident, not accepting the job to be finished until it was perfect in his own eyes. Looking around after Mark had finished as you do looking for imperfections, and happy to report that I could not find anything. This is the second time I have used Mr.T Joinery for work, and it won't be the last. Mark and his team, are pleasant, friendly and their working practices are clean, and respectful. The workmanship is to a very very high standard and would highly reccomend them to anyone.
Mark and his team came highly recommended by family, and we had seen the great work that had been done for them. So there was no doubt who we wanted to do our kitchen/ diner refurb. They knew we were on a tight time scale as we were expecting a baby, and started work promptly as soon as we moved into our new house. Whilst I was working from home, the team were very polite, accommodating, trustworthy, and a pleasure to be around. Over 10 weeks the work was completed on time and to a great standard. You could tell that they all took pride in their work, and would always give their honest opinion and make suggestions because they wanted to achieve a great finish for us. We are so pleased with the end result, and can't recommend Mr T highly enough.
When we first had the idea of converting our loft space we really had no idea if it was even possible, and if it was, what would be required. A friend recommended Mark and we’re so glad they did! He was really professional and clearly very experienced which made the whole process much easier. He worked incredibly hard and always made sure everything was clear and hoovered before he left. We also had a couple of unexpected issues to resolve with the conversion itself meeting regulations and Mark was so helpful during this period in particular, without him I don’t think we would have achieved the design we wanted. It’s been almost a year now since the loft conversion (master bedroom and en suite) was completed and we can honestly say we still couldn’t be happier with the result. Would highly recommend Mark and will definitely be coming back with any future projects!
Mark completed a whole house refurb for us including a dormer and side extension and was very helpful from start to finish. Mark has a great attention to detail and his pride in what he does really shows through in the end product. He really took the stress away from us with the project even with dealing with the other contractors on our behalf to provide the best service he could. He kept us informed every step of the way and really listened to what we wanted. We couldn’t of asked for a more trustworthy and reliable builder and we couldn’t recommend him enough.
Mark is a consummate professional, a real craftsman who concentrates on the minute detail of a finish, realising that this is where the difference counts. Clean and clear in his work, his finish is outstanding. He has constructed a playroom for us, has recently installed a new kitchen which has had hundreds of likes on Instagram, and has recently completed a home-garden office build which will see us through the pandemic and beyond. Working with other trades to source material and other skill sets, whether its a full service building project you are working on, or anything in between - I would recommend Mark hands down over any other.
