Lovely hotel which has a Pub / Restaurant on site. The staff were lovely and helpful. My meeting ran over my checkout time so they allowed me to checkout late and gave me access to the breakfast room to allow me to continue my meeting until 4pm. I would definitely recommend booking with breakfast, it was always hot and fresh with the chef offering freshly cooked fried eggs if you didn't want scrambled.

Not super-luxurious but a nice hotel for an overnight stay whilst visiting nearby family in Waltham Abbey. Breakfast was good with tasty veggie sausage and bacon options alongside the normal ones. Room OK but one bathroom sink lamp not working and they did forget one set of towels. The double bed was excellent - Comfy, warm and large. Plenty of free parking availability on the day we were there. Also freephone provided in foyer for local taxis which we used to get to Waltham Abbey town central area. Good value for the price paid and would use this Premier Inn again.

Can't fault it, even had its own hotel cat and friendly fox. Limited interaction with staff but always acknowledged and given a smile. The pub on site (not part of hotel) is really good and very busy.

Arrived 45 minutes before original check in and the receptionist at the front was amazing, very polite and double checked to see if the room was ready for us and it was. She allowed us to check in early. Not sure her name which is a shame but she deserves alot of praise, blonde hair I'd say mid 20's, slim build. She check dus in at 14.15 on the 22nd of October and she worked in the breakfast area the following morning. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast food was outstanding especially the bacon and black pudding. All staff serving breakfast were polite and respectful. Will defiantly stay again when I visit family in London again.

The hotel is nice and food at the Bakers Arms was excellent. Unfortunately my trip has been spoilt by my car being stolen from the car park. Just wanted to make guests of the potential crime issue associated with the hotel as the car park is not gated like others in area.
