Good in general but at the cashier desk was asked if I wanted a loyalty card and was then told to download an app. The cashier could not understand I was happy to have a loyalty card but did not want to download an app. Did not help that I had a cat in one hand who did not want to be there. Next time offer me a loyalty app not a card.
I had a problem with my aquarium. Being a novice, I called this store and explained it all to the extremely helpful Jake. He recommended I purchase some Yoyo Loach. I told him I would be in before closing. Jake was there as I walked in, and directed his equally as lovely female colleague to get my fish for me. So efficient, I was out again in just a few minutes with my purchases. I am very pleased to report now after about 2 or 3 weeks, the 2 loach are thriving, and my problem has been completely fixed! Fantastic service by the Lakeside team, would definitely recommend!
